Psychological Counseling

At some point in our lives, we all find ourselves facing challenging situations and phases. These can relate to our professional or academic life as well as to our interpersonal life  (e.g. family, friendships or relationships). Some of these challenges are familiar to us or can be dealt with. Others, however, are difficult to handle with our existing coping strategies and can even shake us to our core. â€‹

It is not uncommon for such situations to be a major emotional burden and to lead, among other things, to increased stress levels, symptoms of anxiety, depression, psychosomatic complaints and sleep disorders. Despite their negative effects, I believe that crises are opportunities for improvement. Surmountable crises make us stronger and allow us to see the world from a new perspective and to grow personally.

  • Decision-making

In addition, I help you to learn new skills to cope with challenges and to build up a mental resistance (resilience).
