That is why many people say that they would like to improve their abilities in these areas, among other things. My psychological trainings help those who want to learn and strengthen certain skills and competencies and thus want to create transformations on a physical, cognitive and emotional level:

SELF-ESTEEM

 

A healthy self-esteem and strong self-confidence are among the most important requirements for a happy and fulfilling life in both private and professional life.

 

In this self-esteem training which will be adapted to the needs and goals of yourself or your group, you can learn about important concepts, become aware of your thinking and behavior patterns and train them.

 

Following resource-oriented approaches and exercises, I support you on your way to a positive self-image, a greater sense of self-esteem self-confidence and self-efficacy.

COMMUNICATION

 

 

"Proper" communication can have a very positive effect on the quality of our  social life and lead to fulfilling partnerships, familiar or professional relationships.

 

This training focuses on the basics of communication and the most important theoretical models. In addition, the way in which misunderstandings arise in conversations is discussed and examples are worked out on how these can be eliminated or minimized.

 

With the help of practical exercises and role-plays, you will learn how to listen actively, how to adapt your skills to your conversational partners in private and professional practice.

PROCRASTINATION

 

Procrastination can severely affect people's well-being, happiness, self-esteem and future time perspective. Many chronic procrastinators struggle with feelings of stress, psychological problems and even physical complaints.

 

The anti-procrastination training is for you, if you experience procrastination behavior, want to increase your effectiveness in work or academic career, while you can enjoy your free time without feeling guilty.

 

Using scientifically proven methods, I will help you get out of the vicious cycle of procrastination and increase your well-being.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

 

According to the World Health Organization, stress is one of the greatest health threats of the 21st century.  

 

The training aims to inform the participants about stress and its effects on the psyche and the organism, to determine current personal stresses and to develop strategies for coping with them.

 

Using various methods, the participants' experience of stress is minimized and a healthy way of dealing with stress is promoted, thus preventing possible stress-related problems.

In addition to the trainings described above, I offer cognitive training for adults of all age groups who want to improve or maintain their cognitive abilities (including attention, concentration, memory and mental flexibility). In the sessions, exercises are given and games are played that have been specially adapted to the performance level and goals of my clients.

 

All trainings can be held in an individual or group setting. Whether the group offers take place depends both on the number of participants per group and on the measures taken by the government in connection with the coronavirus (COVID-19).
