A healthy sense of self-esteem and strong self-confidence are among the most important factors for a happiness and fulfillment in both private and professional life. Low self-esteem is often one of the triggers and symptoms of psychological problems.

 

A high sense of self-esteem helps us to maintain our mental health. It makes us more resilient and equips us better to cope with life's adversities, to be more optimistic, open to opportunities and challenges. These ideas support that people with positive self-esteem are usually more succesful in life than people with negative self-esteem.
